Lion's Mane mushrooms are delicious when cut into inch-thick slices and fried either as is or with seasoning. We recommend garlic or paprika. They have a unique taste and texture when compared to other mushrooms in that they are very similar to lobster. Their meaty likeness makes them a great alternative if you are trying to avoid animal products.
